A.Please select a package from our Ratecard that best meets your needs, and fill out our Inquiry form with all of the necessary information to request an invoice to make bookings. You can also call or text our number for assistance and clarification. Please read our Terms and Conditions before making any commitments, as doing so constitutes your acceptance of the contract. We can't wait to attend your event.

A.The number of hours booked determines when we leave your event. When the team arrives at the agreed-upon meeting location, the clock starts ticking. Our clients are responsible for all additional hourly charges if the event exceeds its limits due to the turnout of events without prior notice.

A.Yes and no. Images captured by Chromo Photography do not appear on our social media platforms or blogs automatically. Chromo Photography reserves the right to choose which images to feature on its social media platforms and blogs (at its sole discretion). Shared ownership applies to images created for our clients under copyright law. This means that the client and the creators (Chromo Photography) have equal rights to share and reproduce the images. A client can, however, request full copyright to images for a fee. Chromo Photography will have no right to share, reproduce, or commercialize images once a client has obtained Full Copyright.

A.Couples /clients will receive all unprocessed JPEG files (photos straight from cameras) on an online gallery drive in order to select suitable images from their day. These images should be delivered to the client within 3-5 business days. The number of images will be determined by the package selected, and clients will have seven (7) working days to select images and send them back to us.

A.We hope that clients do not cancel their bookings before their special day, but if this occurs, the booking fee of 50% of the chosen package is non-refundable - please see the contract for more information.

A.Because we are based in Gainesville, FL, this is primarily dependent on your location. If the event is held outside of Florida, our clients will be responsible for covering our travel and lodging costs. Transportation to locations near Gainesville will be an additional cost. Invoices for travel and lodging are typically issued separately from our service charge. For our out-of-state weddings, they are based on negotiations, flight charges, and hotel accommodations. Our payment information will be provided on the invoice, and a non-refundable 50% deposit (Booking Fee) will be required within the next 15 days to keep the invoice valid.

A.My typical turnaround time for portrait sessions is approximately 2 weeks.

For larger events like weddings, delivery takes a bit longer—around 2 to 3 months, depending on the scale of the shoot. During that time, I will be regularly uploading sneak peeks to your private online gallery so you can enjoy previews while I complete the full set.

Please keep in mind that express services can be requested at an additional cost.

I personally edit each image with care to reflect my signature style.

I also do not retouch bodies or facial features, but I will gently remove any temporary distractions like blemishes, bruises, or flyaway hairs.

My goal is always to deliver photos that feel like the most natural, confident version of you.
